International Artists Veronica and Edwin Dam de Nogales are creating large scale works of art in response to social injustices and Global challenges. For Cop25 they exhibited the melting icebear in the heart of madrid to help raise awareness of the effects of global warming. For london iwtc, they created The Elephant project to assist in combatting Illegal Wildlife Trafficking. Both are emotional appeals to re-connect the human-animal bond on a global scale. botH WORKS begin from a call to tenderness and in recognition of mounting decades of mourning and loss. These monuments ARE IN also in HONOUR OF those who dedicate their lives to creating and maintaining the tender balance and understanding aimED for with REGARDS TO CONSERVING wildlife AND habitat. THEY FOCUS ON the acceptance of the responsibility that comes with BEING HUMAN.
